Motivation is what an amateur needs.

Motivation is what an amateur needs.

Some people feel that motivation is or is necessary. In order for such people to carry out their creative work, a certain order or a suitable atmosphere must be established for them. In fact, there are some people who say so. However, such an action is a kind of stealth.

It requires an attitude of embracing freedom, even when short-term results are not achieved. In this way, you can experience the things you have never experienced before and feel the charm of life, giving out what you love above all else to the world.

Motivation is necessary because conviction is necessary.

We let our motivations dwindle, paralyzed by the fear that it might not work out, giving the perfect excuse for why we can't.

"Motivation is necessary only for amateurs."

- Chuck Close

Writer Zig Ziegler says motivation is similar to showering.

It's useful, but it doesn't last long, so you have to repeat it often.

Motivational books, lectures, or people involved in it all tell you to use a trick that 'worked for you and may work for others in one way or another. But such a trick is unnecessary.

What you need are two things:

First, recognize cultural and economic change and realize that it is your turn.

Second, make it a habit.

It is the habit of showing your face regularly, writing when it is time to write, raising your hand when it is time to ask a question, and actively cooperating and contributing at every moment. That habit is part of what it means to do work. It also requires a willingness to accept, connect, invent, and choose opportunities. Because it's our own business.

How full we are now has nothing to do with the opportunities or obligations we face.
