stop competing with others.

There is another way to win the competition of life. That is to stop competing with others.

All you need to do is to stop chasing and being chased by rivals similar to you and completely immerse yourself in the fight against yourself.

Usually, your rival is likely to be someone similar to you.

It is rare to have as rivals 'people who are superior to me', whose desire to win is difficult to properly activate.

If I use only my rival as a criterion, I fall into the 'comparison trap' where I think I can do a little better than that person alone.

I can run as much as I want and I have to run, but I stop there and comfort myself by saying that I did well. It's a false illusion. A rival may give a 'glitter effect' for a short time, but in the long run, it is often reduced to self-rationalism and a tool.

Life is a fierce competition with me.

It is a battle against my weak heart.

The only person I have to win is myself.

So, how can you compete with me?

First, compete with your former self.

Try to be better than yesterday in every way with the me of yesterday as your competitor.

In order to compete, you must first understand your opponent, so you have to carefully reflect on your competitor, 'yesterday's me'.

You have to look at what kind of mindset you lived, how you spent your time, and how much you achieved your goals.

In particular, you need to dig into the specific areas you want to improve.

One minute of reading, one minute of exercise, one minute of goal achievement, a mindset, etc. You have to constantly try to overcome yesterday's self.

Compared to others, it is unfortunate to pay attention to the condition, but compared to yesterday's self, I am proud to pay attention to growth.

Compete solely with my past. Promise and promise to be better in every way than you were yesterday.

pour out your sincerity Today's me just needs to win yesterday's me. Tomorrow's me just has to beat today's me.

As I do this, I gradually become a much better person than I was in the past.

Persistence is the only right and at the same time the fastest way.

Second, compete with my max.

Through the process of trying to be better than I was yesterday, the opponent I have to compete with is my 'maximum'.

Like anyone, not as much as anyone else, I should aim for 'I was at my best'.

We don't live to be different people. Life is what makes me, and struggles to complete me.

To stand tall as me.

Compete with 'my max', not with anyone else.

I write every day so densely and well that it is terrible,

I fill every moment with only the best choice,

I who fill in the gaps without gaps,

I broke all the bad habits that got in the way,

I became a player in dealing with my mind,

I am full of confidence and satisfaction.

This can be called my 'maximum'.

Compete proudly with the best me, not just such effort and moderate enthusiasm.

Third, compete with your limits.

It may be the most important part of my competition.

It is a competition with the limit, that is, a slump.

It seems that this is the end, as if all strength has been lost, the pulse is released, as if unable to take even a single step, and falls into the illusion that I am nothing, and my heart feels trapped in a long tunnel of despair At that moment when everything gets dark, everyone meets a limit at some point.

"Limits exist to filter out people who don't really want something. It's an opportunity to realize how intensely I want something. Limits are there to stop others. Not me who wants something hot."

The limit is a line drawn by oneself in fear of leveraging. Unless I see it as a limit, there can be no limits to me.

Instead of acknowledging your limits, find ways to break through. There are many ways if you have the will to do it.

When you encounter a wall, decide not to run away, but to fight boldly.

Don't be swept away or dragged around by the limit, raise the limit with your own hands.

Compete proudly with your limits and transcend them.

The only person I have to win is myself.

The moment you defeat me, you defeat everyone.
