Those who know others are wise, those who know themselves are understanding.

Those who know others are wise, those who know themselves are understanding.

"He who overcomes others has strength, and he who overcomes himself is truly strong."

Knowing others is wise, but knowing yourself is a person with insight and insight beyond that dimension.

It's great to beat others, but the real victory is defeating yourself.

Knowing yourself that much and being able to control yourself is the highest level of being an adult.

Socrates and Confucius, two people who were recognized as the wisest of all East and West, stood at the starting point of finding wisdom by realizing their ignorance. They realized their shortcomings, and because they reflected on themselves every day, they were able to focus on their studies and gain insight into the true purpose and essence of life.

It is for this reason that they are recognized today as two of the wisest men in world history.

Since our lives are made up of relationships with people, we want to know people.

Especially if you are in a position to lead people. So, in order to get to know other people, I study various things and try to gain insight into people through them. But getting to know people must start with knowing yourself.

Getting yourself right should be your top priority.

Because if you don't stand in the right place, you won't be able to see others rightly.

If you stand on an incline, your opponent will look crooked, and if you stand in mud, your opponent will inevitably look muddy. That's why the wise men of the world are telling you to value knowing yourself more, and to value knowing yourself more than knowing others.

“He who knows others is wise, and he who knows himself is understanding.”

When you feel that you are lacking, you work harder, and you can become a truly strong person with stronger inner strength than you were yesterday.
