Beautiful desires, dreams & happiness.

 Beautiful desires, dreams & happiness.

Stress, a very vague word, has the meaning of 'more than mental tension'.

In deep psychology, it refers to the imbalance between the external personality, the mind, and the unconscious.

Society has given us roles, has given us responsibilities, and forces us to fulfil our promises.

External personality, persona (face).

There is a corresponding concept of an inner face, which is called zele (mind). This is self-consciousness.

It is an inner personality that is recognized by oneself but is not expressed externally and is known only to the person alone.

On the other side of this consciousness, there is a shadow that even you do not know well, and this is the world of the unconscious, Shaten (shadow).

This unconscious is also seen as a part of the invisible self.

Self-realization means to integrate the face, mind, and shadow to create a single personality as a whole. Deep psychologists say that this need for integration, or self-actualization, is an instinctive demand. Stress is due to the imbalance that deepens in this integration process. This mental imbalance eventually leads to physical imbalance and loss of health.

Mental imbalances require treatment. This calls for a mental reform. And that reform must begin by listening to the subconscious desires that lie deep in our hearts. You have to start with the work of releasing the bound desires. We have to start by changing the paradigm of desire.

The most powerful and enduring motivation for action is desire. it's what you want to do. Without desire we cannot do anything. Therefore, desire is good. It is the force that keeps us alive. The day we lose our desires, we die too.

There is no end to desire. It has almost infinite energy like the sun. To utilize this powerful energy in my life, it must be possible to properly operate it. You must be the one who has the control to both increase and decrease the flames of desire. No one else should have that right.

Dreams exist for me, but come true in relationships with other people.

Through the realization of dreams, you can contribute to the joy of others, and the meaning of dreams can be expanded through the joy of others.

Uncontrolled, greedy, and extravagant things are not desires.

Desire must be realized in the form of contributing to the public interest.

It is like the three wishes in a storybook.

What would you want if you were given three wishes in return for your actions?

A vision is like three wishes to us. It is a desire, and it is also a choice among many desires. However, the person who will support it is not the 'genie' in the lamp, but yourself.

The fulfillment of true desires makes us happy.

When our desires are realized in a way that serves the public good, it means that our happiness cannot be built on the misfortunes of others. Happiness is not a finite thing that one person has and another cannot have. It is an infinite resource.

Happiness is simple. And it is in everyday life.

Only those who have been away from everyday life know the value of it.

For those who are lying in the hospital, their only hope is to return to the daily routine that they see outside the window.

In this way, happiness is in our daily life.

Unhappiness begins when you think outside yourself of something that others value as a condition of happiness. So, if you don't have a lot of money, you're unhappy. If you don't get promoted at work, you're unhappy. If you don't have a big house and a luxury car, you get mad at those who have it.

A person who is honest with their desires and sees the world through their own eyes is more faithful to their desires than the values the world places on them.

A poet's attempt to say "I can become your flower only after you call me" is sweet, but

Before we were called flowers, we were already flowers.

I just want to be recognized as a flower by others because it was my desire. If it wasn't for a burning desire, I wouldn't be in a position to call me anything.

What is my burning desire?

What is your life vision?

What makes my life beautiful and wonderful?

In the end, it's all the same question.
