love...

Isn't this an expression that should not be overused and should be reserved for the most special relationship?

Wouldn't the attitude of freely expressing love diminish the value of emotions?

Fredrickson argues that love should be given a new meaning: 'positive resonance'.

According to her, we experience love whenever we have a positive relationship with another person.

Love comes when you have a skinship with your lover, but it also comes when you share a warm hug with a friend, look at your acquaintance with friendly eyes, or laugh with strangers because of a funny incident that happened on the street.

Just because you lower the hurdles of love a little doesn't mean that the value of love or the meaning of existence is diminished.

Rather, the reality is the opposite.

If we realize every moment of finding love, we will pursue this feeling harder and be more grateful when we feel it.

Love is all around us, and we can meet at any time.
