Habits that create character and perspective.

Habits that create character and perspective.

“If you sow the seeds of your thoughts, you will reap the fruits of your actions; if you sow the seeds of your actions, you will reap the fruits of your habits.

The seed of habit gives us character, and character determines our destiny."

Human character is fundamentally a complex of habits.

Habits are not only consistent, largely unconscious patterns of character, day today, but also determining whether or not you can lead an effective and successful life.

Habits are such a powerful factor in our lives. But habits can be learned and broken through learning.

However, habits are not something that can be formed or corrected in a short time with first aid measures. The punishment of habit is a process that requires infinite determination and sincerity of the party.

Habit has great gravity. This is a far greater gravitational force than most people realize and admit.

Procrastination, impatience, criticizing or criticizing others, selfishness, etc. People have many habits that go against the basic principles of effectiveness. To break these habitual tendencies deeply ingrained in life, considerable willpower and lifestyle changes are required. It takes a lot of effort at the start, but once you break through the gravitational field, you can experience a new level of freedom.

It is gravity that holds objects in our world in place, that meteors keep their orbits, and that keeps the universe in order. Gravity is a powerful force, and if we use it effectively, it can create the affinity and order we need to succeed in life.

Habits can be defined as a mixture of awareness, skill, and desire.

Awareness is a theoretical paradigm of what to do and why. Skills are how to do something, i.e. how to do it. Desire is something you want to do, that is, a motive. To make something a habit, you must have these three things.

Changing character and perspective is an ascension process. That is, the character changes the point of view, and the point of view improves the character again. Accurate recognition of awareness, skills, and needs can lead to new levels of effectiveness in personal and interpersonal relationships. This is made possible by breaking the old paradigm that may have provided false security for a long time.

Change is sometimes a painful process. Change is possible only when we can give up what we think and want for a better purpose and future. This process brings happiness, which is 'the purpose and ideal of existence'. Happiness can be partially defined as the fruit of the desire and ability to sacrifice what you want now for what you ultimately want.
