How will I interpret my life, my today?

 Everything is somehow interpretable.

Good, Bad, Helpful, Harmful, Excellent, Ugly

In the end, it is you who interprets anything.

However, from the moment you make an interpretation in any way, you must know that you are putting yourself in that interpretation.

In the end, we get caught up in the interpretation, and we see things only when that interpretation can come out.

In other words, it is to bind oneself so that interpretation or value judgments resulting from interpretation do not bind oneself.

However, the situation cannot be sorted out without interpretation. Herein lies the dilemma of interpreting life.
