Two hours a day, choose a life for me.
Two hours a day to protect me.
There are three main ways to find meaning in life and feel satisfaction.
One is to love what you are doing. If you can't love, the second way is to quit what you're doing and find a job you love. If you can't, it's about changing your attitude towards what you're doing. This is the third way.
Victor Frankl, author of In The Death Camp, is a Jew who survived the Nazi death camp.
As a helpless individual, he could not change the fact that had already happened: 'a prisoner in a concentration camp'.
Despair arises when there is nothing more to be done. When circumstances cannot be changed, we despair. But he discovered that there was one more thing he could change.
If you can't change the situation, change my perspective on how I interpret it.
He began to find meaning in suffering. He knew that by reinterpreting hardships, he could recreate dreams about his future. He did not believe that there was a meaning in life that was common to all. He believed that each person lives a different life, and that the meaning of life changes from day to day, even for the same person, from time to time.
Our life shouldn't be trying to figure out abstract meaning.
Life is specific. No one can live for you, and it is not repeated.
Right now at this moment. What I have been given is my life.
This moment is a challenge, a problem to be solved.
A dream is a great script for the rest of my future while I'm still alive, and it starts with a serious realization.
To make a dream come true, just 'dreaming' is not enough. Here we have to solve the problem of time.
You should be able to spend two hours a day on what you like and choose.
If you want to start sensing changes and be confident within 6 months of starting, you must be able to spend at least two hours a day on the work of your choosing. It can be exhausting when you start making changes and don't realize the meaning of the changes within six months.
Humans need evidence. It is also an essential human weakness. If you want to enjoy the benefits of change before you get tired, you need to give back 10% of the day to yourself.
Two hours, easy to say,
Subtracting two hours each day may require almost superhuman effort to begin with. But the two hours you give back to yourself every day are a great source. If you choose one of the countless crossroads and walk along the milestones in your heart and walk for 3 years...
Believe it, you can devote all your waking hours to it. Life becomes what it is, and life is understood through it.
Life is never too late to start over. Because it can be desperate as it is late.
Life is fun with lazy time spent idling, with regrets, with twists and turns and enlightenment.
Two hours a day, choose a life for me.
