Motivation is necessary only for amateurs.

Motivation is necessary only for amateurs.

Some people feel that motivation is or is necessary. In order for these people to carry out their creative work, a certain order or an appropriate atmosphere must be created for them. In fact, there are some people who say so. However, this behavior is a kind of stealth.

It requires an attitude of embracing freedom, even when short-term results are not achieved.

Experience the things you have never experienced before and feel the charm of your life, giving out what you love above all else to the world.

Motivation is necessary because conviction is necessary.

We allow ourselves to be demoralized, paralyzed by the fear that it might not work out, giving the perfect excuse for why we can't.

Motivation is necessary only for amateurs.

Writer Zig Ziegler says that motivation is like a shower.

It's useful, but the effect doesn't last long, so you'll have to repeat it often.

Motivation-related books, lectures, or people involved in that kind of thing tell you to use a trick that 'worked for you, may work for others' in one way or another. But such a trick is unnecessary.

What you need are two things:

First, recognize cultural and economic change and realize that it is your turn.

Second, make it a habit.

The habit of showing your face regularly, writing when it's time to write, raising your hand when it's time to ask a question, and actively working together and contributing at every moment. That habit is part of what it means to do work. It also requires a willingness to accept, connect, invent, and choose opportunities. Because it is our own business.

How full we are now has nothing to do with the opportunities or obligations we face.
