meaningful life.
meaningful life.
Humans are the only animals on earth that seek meaning.
Humans are the only beings who try to understand their lives and try to make them better.
Humans enjoy momentary pleasure like other animals, but only humans live 'life'. Therefore, it is impossible to understand human life without understanding the meaning that human beings seek.
In order to know what meaning humans seek, we must look into the content of human consciousness.
Work, love, soul, transcendence...
These are the most powerful themes that dominate human consciousness, but those who indulge only in materialistic goals, hedonistic goals, and instantaneous goals, not these four themes, will inevitably face the 'desperation of existence'. Disappointment and disillusionment with the self, who do not pursue life but indulge in the moment, are the despair of existence.
The experience of achieving the meaning of work through existential courage;
A love capable of cherishing compassion for the universal of mankind,
souls with a keen consciousness of sacred things,
A transcendence that drags me out of the center of consciousness and into the world.
A meaningful life is a life that is lived consciously of these parts.
Meaning comes naturally when you live with goals in work, love, soul, and transcendence.
Meaning is not experienced when we compulsively pursue meaning itself, but is naturally experienced at the end of the process of striving to achieve goals that are important to us.
A meaningful life is not an act of repeating the decision to experience meaning, but it begins with living quietly and faithfully today in order to achieve the goals of work, love, soul, and transcendence.
