Humanities as life.

Humanities as life.

Humans are neither primates of all things nor intelligent animals.

The French philosopher Bergson said:

The reason humans have intelligence is that 'we don't have claws and we don't have strong legs'.

We also have weak skin, and when the cold winter comes, we can't stand it.

You have to learn to live.

Humans cannot live alone.

Humans, hyenas, wolves...

Humans are said to be one of the three most cowardly hunting groups on the planet.

Humans who hunt collectively because it is impossible to do one-on-one hunting with dignity.

Humans who hunt using tools such as fire and weapons are not enough.

And we call it 'civilization'.

They do not have the strength to defeat the lion, but they wrap it in the name of civilization.

Underlying civilization is the desire to hide the fears, fears and weaknesses of human beings.

Admit it and look into it. The starting point of the humanities must start with the recognition that humans are too weak, deceptive, and fearful creatures.

When social and political problems arise in a person's life, or when conflicts arise between family members, instead of hiding behind the name of civilization or culture as religion, we must contemplate and reflect on the relationship and come up with a solution.

Humanities are saying that we should think centered on humans, and that even if problems arise, we need to solve them amongst humans.

You should be able to see your bare face rather than avoiding it by wrapping it up with a plausible name.

It takes time to realize whether or not we are falling into the illusions we have created on our journey to find our way.

I wake up from the fantasy I made and face reality while shouting 'Humanities again'.

To think and reflect intensely in life, because that should be the beginning of the humanities.

I hope that I will become a humanist who is constantly shaken in my life, rather than looking for answers.
