Start small.

 Start small.

It is said that humans make hundreds of small decisions and act on them in a day.

Habitual and unconscious choices and actions complete today, and tomorrow and the day after tomorrow are also made that way.

Pick one or two out of countless unconscious decisions and actions a day and turn them into conscious choices.

Pick one or two and aim for better results.

Good or bad judgment is entirely up to you.

If today I am even a little better than I was yesterday, that is perfect success. You don't have to be conscious of others. You just have to judge by your own standards.

today..

Only I know the answer to what choice I have to make to become a better me tomorrow.

Set small goals.

Break the goal you want to achieve and break it down into smaller pieces that you can't share anymore.

If you set grand goals from the start, you won't do anything.

Set small goals for yourself so that you feel fulfilled with success every day.

At the end of the day, commit to being a little bit better than you were in the morning.

And ask yourself.

What will I do to achieve that goal?

What can I do right now?

Put your clumsy resolution into action and repeat it tomorrow and the day after tomorrow.

A little better than me this morning,

I grew up a little more than yesterday.

Raise my reference point very little through the past me.

These little things come together to make a difference.

A changed life will point you toward higher and more worthy goals.

The blinding veil will be lifted and new things will begin to appear. Because what you see will change depending on what you are aiming for.

When your goals change, what you see changes.

Start with the little things and work on it.

Let me experience success every day.
