The joy of learning lies in growth, and the joy of growth lies in continuity.

The joy of learning lies in growth, and the joy of growth lies in continuity.

People grow through learning.

Growth is something that an organism continuously performs as long as it lives. Living organisms have to adapt to their environment in order to survive. Organisms renew themselves to better adapt to their environment. It's not just about changing yourself. As learning deepens, you can use what you know to change the world more actively. The process by which living things change themselves and the world through learning is called 'growth', and that growth process is life. Growing up to change one's life and the world, that is, growth is the joy of learning.

Learning in life is inevitable, and the key to growth is continuity.

When life proceeds continuously through the renewal of experience, it can be said to be a life of growth.

What we should aim for in life is to create a continuity of life. Education in a narrow sense is a purposeful process that intentionally creates a continuity of life. In other words, education should serve to develop the ability to see and create one's own experiences in a continuum.

The joy of growth lies in continuity. Therefore, it is essential for a person to have a sense of the continuity of life. This is why people recommend story literature. It is important to develop a sense of narrative through stories and to learn the continuity of life.

Only with this sense can you make a deliberate effort to make your life epic. Reflecting on past experiences, drawing lessons from them, predicting and preparing for upcoming events. These reflections and predictions are at the heart of what we call 'thinking'. In other words, I relate my past, present, and future with time as the axis. The joy of learning comes when you can control the situation by recognizing the connection and acting on it. Then we get the strength to continue our studies. Because I felt the pleasure of the power of study.
