What happens when you squeeze orange juice?


Of course, there is orange juice.


Why does orange juice come out when you squeeze an orange?


It's an obvious answer, but there can be no other answer.

It doesn't matter who made it, how, with what tool, and at what time.


When you squeeze an orange, you get orange juice.



When something squeezes us, that is, when something presses on us, what comes out is already within us.


whether it be anger or hate.


It doesn't matter who, how, or when.


It just comes out of what is within me.


It doesn't matter what environment I'm in. What is not in me cannot come out.

What I hate and what upsets me is actually my hatred, my anger, and my anger.
