What is important, what is valuable?

What is important, what is valuable?

We find a lot of excuses to justify why we can't do something. One of them is 'busy'.

The excuse of being busy is not true, and even being too lazy.

The first step to a good life is not to believe the saying 'too busy. It may not seem like it at all, but in the end, we do what we love to do the most. When you say you can't do something because you're too busy, it means 'it doesn't matter that much. So it means I'm going to do something else that I think is more important to me.

But think about it. How we live our lives by missing out on precious things with the excuse of being busy.

The precious thing could be a good night's sleep, a conversation with my family or meditation to slowly look back on myself. Of course, everyone knows the importance of doing this. It's just that I'm too busy to have time to do these things.

If you don't have time to do something precious, you must make time for it. Time is not deferred or accumulated just because it is not used. Unused time just disappears silently. Even if you are really busy, you should not interfere with the things you have to do now. Otherwise, we have no time to succeed, no time to be happy, no time to live our lives.
