Set small goals.
Set small goals.
Humans make hundreds of small decisions a day and put them into action. Hundreds of decisions and actions combine to make today and tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. Choose one or two of those decisions and actions that are better.
Aim for better results. Good or bad judgment is entirely up to you.
If tomorrow's me is even a little better than yesterday's, that's a success. You don't need to be conscious of others. You just have to judge by your own standards. Only I know the answer to what choices I have to make today to become a better person tomorrow.
Set small goals. If you set big goals from the start, you won't do anything. Start with very small goals.
At the end of the day, make a commitment to be a little bit better than you are in the morning. And ask yourself.
What do we need to do to reach that goal?
what can I do
Put your clumsy resolution into action and repeat it tomorrow and the day after tomorrow.
A little bit better than me this morning...
I grew up a little more than yesterday...
Through the past me, my point of comparison rises little by little, and these come together to bring about change.
A changed life will point you toward higher and more worthy goals.
The blinding veil will be lifted and new things will begin to appear. Because what you see will change depending on what you are aiming for.
When your goals change, what you see changes.
Start with the little things and work on them.
