no thoughts
When you let go of thoughts, that is, when you temporarily stop thinking with your brain, you create a free space in your mind where you can feel your soul and your emotions more abundantly. At this point, we can experience the world directly without being disturbed by our thoughts.
Buddhist Zen practitioners call this state of mindlessness.
Mindlessness is an occasional state of mind, in which we become part of the world by reacting exclusively to the present moment without being conscious of the past and the future.
It is not easy to delve into the depths of one's existence and emotions. To get to this state, you have to take it easy, slow down, and accept the present. These moments can come when you take a deep breath, look into the eyes of a loved one, take a leisurely walk, or listen to your favourite music over and over again.
