Nietzsche's love.

 Nietzsche's love.

Philosophy can be interpreted as 'love of wisdom and 'love of life.

When many philosophers hang on to the 'truth', Nietzsche raises the question of 'love'.

"Philosophy is the science of love."

To summarize Nietzsche's criticism of Western philosophy that pursues only the truth in one word, it would be 'clumsy in love'.

The problem is not the truth itself, but how to love the truth and how to relate the truth to life.

Usually, philosophers act like tyrants or slaves. Like a tyrant, he imposes his truth on others or blindly embraces the idolized truth like a slave.

One of Nietzsche's problems with Socratic philosophy is related to the love of truth.

Although Socrates said he loved the truth, he had a tyrannical instinct for the truth.

This is why Socrates' dialectic was criticized in Athens. It was not supported because it was a method of revealing what people had, an embarrassment to others, and shame.

Nietzsche tells us to consider whether what we think is love is real love.

Nietzsche was wary of people accepting Jesus' teaching of 'love' as a means or condition.

'Love it. Then you can go to heaven.'

These words soon become a sacrifice that must be endured for the fruit of love being heaven.

we have to say

"Love. That is heaven."

In a way, we may be calling possessiveness, selfishness, servitude, worship, and gangs 'love'.

"Great love creates even those to love."

This is Nietzsche's law of love. Great love is the act of lovingly creating the object you love first.

If you love the truth, you must create loveable truth; if you love your own destiny, you must first sculpt it beautifully. If you love the world, you must first create a lovely world.

Nietzsche called this method 'Amor party', or 'love of fate'.

Like Michelangelo who sculpted the David hidden in the stone, we too must become sculptors.

There is David in individual life, in the world, and in people.

Love is the act of creating something to love, not the act of loving something that already exists.

If you love something, make it lovely.
