Inner character and communication.

 Inner character and communication.

Communication is the most important skill in our daily life. We spend most of our waking hours communicating.

We've spent years learning to read and write, and we've spent years learning to speak. But what about listening? Have you received any training or education that develops your ability to listen to understand others?

Relatively few people are trained to listen. And in most cases, the training they receive begins with external personality-oriented thinking that emphasizes only the listening technique. Thus, this training of listening is not based on inner character or relationships that are absolutely critical to truly understanding others.

Whether you can truly influence someone depends on what you actually do. The actual behaviour you show comes naturally from your character, what kind of person you really are. It doesn't come from other people's reputations or the reputation they want to receive from me. The impact will certainly depend on how you actually experience each other.

The character is continuously expressed and transmitted. Through this expressed character, we instinctively trust or distrust what we do and the person itself.

If your daily life is capricious, or if you are cynical and kind at the same time, above all else, if your personal actions do not coincide with your public actions, it will be very difficult to open your heart to that person.

Unless you acknowledge the uniqueness of others, being good to someone is just a word. I will not take the advice.

If you truly want to communicate effectively with one another, you must realize that you will never be successful with technique alone. You must learn and know the skills to listen and empathize, based on an inner character that inspires honesty and trust. Only then will you be able to create sympathy between mind and heart.
