A person cannot control what he sees unless he closes his eyes in life. Even if you don't want to see it, there are things you have to see. Also, you can't take back what you've already seen.


To not see unless it is yes means not to set your mind on things that are not good or unclean.


People change their minds depending on what they see. On the other hand, depending on the state of mind, the way you see may change.


If your mind is in a clear and pure state, you will find and see beautiful and good things.



Beware of being blinded by what you see.


The mind is originally empty, and even if it is affected and obscured by things, it leaves no trace. However, once the mind is obscured, the inner mind goes to the wrong place, so you have to calm it by controlling the outside, that is, what you see. This is the study of self-denial, and as you continue this study, your heart will become sincere.



Si-jam and Cheong-jam protect themselves from external affairs, objects, and people. It can be said that it is a precept to protect the mind and nature from things that tempt and disturb them, such as external affairs and materials. In other words, it means to control the outside and protect the inside.



Eomjam and Dongjam are about controlling the words and actions that come out from within so that I do not do anything that goes against the rules.


It is said that words are an outward expression of what is in the heart. Therefore, when the mind is strong, the words become strong, and when the mind is calm, the words become calm. Conversely, controlling your speech can give you peace of mind. This is because the inner heart and the outer worlds are connected and interact with each other.


Words cause strife, beget friendships and bring good luck and lust. If you neglect it too much, it becomes sloppy, and if it is too busy, it becomes boring. Also, if you do it recklessly, the words that come from others are bound to come recklessly.


A word is a person, and a person's character can be known through the word, so you need to be careful with your words.


If it is not following the law, do not speak. Keep the teachings in mind and respect them.
