Embedding and training tacit knowledge
Embedding and training tacit knowledge
There are two kinds of knowledge. Explicit knowledge is acquired through learning and tacit knowledge is acquired through mastery.
Explicit knowledge is something you learn with your head, and tacit knowledge becomes yours only when you make it a habit.
In Confucius' 'Learning and Learning', 'Hang' is the acquisition of explicit knowledge, and 'Learning' is the embodiment of tacit knowledge.
Explicit knowledge is mine once well understood and memorized. However, tacit knowledge is the knowledge that must be acquired through repeated training. Such tacit knowledge is commonly referred to as 'instilling in the body, which means making a habit. However, this knowledge is not embodied in the body but is engraved in the brain. A more robust neural network is newly formed between brain nerves.
The idea is to create a new neural network structure so that the brain can respond almost automatically to a specific action or event. It takes constant training and practice to develop this habit.
brain recirculation.
knowledge becomes life.
Making an impression with repeated actions is ultimately the fastest shortcut.
