A leap to a new understanding world, analogy.

A leap to a new understanding world, analogy.

The analogy is at the heart of thinking.

The analogy is the finding of functional similarities or congruent internal relationships between two or more phenomena or complex phenomena.

It should be able to distinguish similarities and differences, which refer to the similarities between objects based on observation, such as colour or form.

Anyone who wants to explain something must be able to explain the unknown by comparing the unknown to the well-known. Start with what you already know and look for functional similarities that will bridge the gap between the known and the unknown.

If there is no analogy, the explanation is impossible.

Because analogies are incomplete and imprecise, they can be a bridge between the known and the unknown. Given the premise of imperfect agreement, analogy helps us to leap into a new world of understanding that cannot be reached with conventional intellectual tools.

When you discover the hidden reality of function and purpose, you gradually become aware of the meaning of the world and self. Then, in an instant, you understand everything.

"An analogy is the joy of finding the resemblance in the dissimilar." - William Wordsworth

The analogy is a key tool to help you jump from the world of existing knowledge to the world of new understanding.
